Sandpiper Manor is a resident owned and managed 55+ community. The community is located in central Florida in the beautiful rolling hills of Lake County. It sits in a country setting, complete with majestic live oaks and is on the shore of the 4,300 acre Lake Yale. Come put your boat in our covered marina as the boating and fishing on Lake Yale is some of the best in Lake County. It is not unheard of for a fisherman to reel in a healthy 7, 8, or 9 pound bass. And yes, there have been a few between 10 - 12 pounds as well.

The park is just 6 miles northwest of Eustis, FL. Eustis is a practical blend of a traditional small town with a host of modern day restaurants and stores. It is a wonderful place to live with lots to do in all directions. Sandpiper is 20 miles east of the Villages and 40 miles west of Orlando, right in the middle of some of Florida’s greatest hot spots. It is located in the center of the state and both the Atlantic and Gulf coast are only about an hour and a half away.

Our community is governed by a prospectus, by-laws and rules and regulations created by the shareholders.

The Social Club manages most of the activities in the community. The clubhouse accommodates sit-down and buffet dinners, dance, pot lucks, plus a library and laundry area. Our weekly activities include: bingo, card bingo, and shuffleboard. Special events are: Ladies Day Out, Romeo Club (Retired Old Men Eating Out), Pancake Breakfast, and many more.

There are several lots available for your new home, you could become a shareholder and pay a minimal maintenance fee or rent a lot at comparable prices in the area.
